Puberty

Puberty is a time of big changes, physically, emotionally, and socially. For neurodiverse young people, this experience can feel exciting, confusing, or even overwhelming.

Whether you're autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, or have another neurodivergence, your journey through puberty might look a little different from those around you, and that’s okay!

You might notice your body growing in new ways, your emotions feeling more intense, or social expectations becoming more complicated. Sensory sensitivities, changes in routine, and understanding new feelings can all be part of the process. But no matter what, you’re not alone.

This space is here to help you navigate puberty in a way that makes sense for you, with information and practical tips, and reassurance that however you experience these changes, your feelings are valid.
